Location: Homestead Cabinets
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (DOE)

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Loader to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely handling, preparing, and organizing materials to keep production and shipping running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, and move products, materials, and supplies.
Organize and secure items on trucks, trailers, and in storage areas.
Stage and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and loading area.
Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with drivers, supervisors, and team members to ensure timely operations.
Provide support to other departments as needed.

Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. (team lifting when necessary).
Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods.
Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, or outdoor environments.
Frequent use of hands and arms for lifting, gripping, and handling materials.
